Festivals and Festivities held in Artvin, especially in the July - August period, provide a feast for the locals and foreign tourists, as well as the people of Artvin. It is organized by the relevant municipalities, with international participation and with the support and cooperation of the province; Artvin Kafkasör Culture and Art Festival, Arhavi Culture and Art Festival and Şavşat Sahara Pancarcı Festival attract great attention every year.
